What courses are required to get my Texas real estate license?
To get your real estate license, the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires 180 hours of qualifying pre-licensing education. This mandatory education consists of six 30-hour courses: Principles of Real Estate I & II, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, Promulgated Contract Forms, and Real Estate Finance.
